On March 28th, Prof. Henry Duh, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Information at La Trobe University in Australia, visited the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering to discuss international exchanges and cooperation. Prof. Jifeng HE,  prof. Changbo WANG and prof. Min ZHANG attended the reception. The two sides held in-depth discussions on student joint training, faculty exchanges, and bilateral seminars. 

East China Normal University and La Trobe University of Australia established a cooperative relationship in 1985. They signed an agreement on undergraduate cooperative education projects in 1995. Ever since, the two universities have had close collaborations in the fields of Australian society, literature and culture. This visit is an important step in the cooperation between the two universities in the field of computer science and software engineering. Both sides expressed the willingness to continue promoting and deepening international cooperation in the meeing.
